Craig Horwood

Craig Revel Horwood is an Australian-British author, dancer, choreographer, conductor and theatre director, who also previously performed as a drag artist in the United Kingdom.

Across his stage career, he built a strong reputation in musical theatre and earned two Laurence Olivier Award nominations for Best Theatre Choreographer — first for Spend Spend Spend in 1999–2000, and again for My One and Only in 2001–2002.

He is best known to television audiences as a long-running judge on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. Horwood has been part of the show since it launched in 2004, appearing across 23 series and 560 episodes as of March 2026.
